GCCCF and Preventicus join forces

The Global Clinical + Care Coordination Forum (GCCCF) and Preventicus share a joint vision: Reinventing the continuum of care for advanced patient-centricity, better prevention, and improved outcomes. By leveraging the potentials of digital technologies and telemedical services. By implementing integrated care programs. By smart orchestration of these components to ensure the sustainability of our healthcare systems. Therefore, we agreed on a close collaboration with Preventicus.

The partnership between the GCCCF and Preventicus started back in 2018, when Preventicus became the official cooperation partner of the annual conference “CARE 2025”. Following the GCCCF roundtables in Warsaw, Dubai, and Hamburg, this year’s CARE 2025 will take place on November 6, 2020, on-site in Hamburg and digitally. Setting a stage for healthcare thought leaders from all over the world to showcase the latest innovations and best practices in healthcare, CARE 2025 also brings the interactive participation and meaningful networking for both, on-site delegates and online attendees to a next level.

At CARE 2025, Preventicus will demonstrate how the Preventicus Managed Care Program is enhancing classical care by bringing in digital innovations and connected Telecare services. Preventicus’ unique managed care program has shown to identify and diagnose patients with previously unknown Atrial Fibrillation in a cost-effective manner that allows to reduce the overall costs linked to stroke. The program covers the complete care path: from large-scale screening, continuous monitoring, and precise diagnostics to adequate treatment. Distinctive features of Preventicus are superior biosignal-analytic algorithms – certified as a CE class IIa medical product, with worldwide unrivalled clinical evidence –, the completely digital structures, and the pseudonymized concept with a maximum of data protection and data economy.

Save the date and meet Preventicus at CARE 2025 – in Hamburg or digitally!
